  The quote was Rowbottom's gave to cut down several trees in our yard was reasonable. They came as arranged while we were at work and took away all the cuttings as agreed. The final price was the same as the quote.
  
  About a year later, we had our house re-wired, and I pressed the wrong button on my online banking and accidentally sent £2000 to Rowbottom's instead of my electrician! I called to explain, and they sent the money back that evening.
